Kirk Bennion & Running by Design

Kirk Bennion, a well-known name in the Corvette community, burns the oil at both ends of the wick as a leading GM Studio Design Manager for the Corvette exterior. The demands of his job require some travel and about a fifty-plus hours work week. In addition to that he runs three to five times a week and golfs two days—so you could even say he burns the wick in the middle as well.
